Data Quality and Business Support Officer (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
- Your responsibility lies in the continuous assurance and optimization of tourism functionality by checking product availability for hotels, flights, hotel and flight interfaces as well as dynamic productions
- You are the contact person for all departments with regard to data quality and data provision
- Your core tasks include the regular analysis, monitoring and reporting of data quality
- You will actively contribute to the development of a dashboard for the visualization and control of data quality and data provision for the specialist departments - we look forward to your input
- You will also be responsible for ensuring ongoing quality assurance and identifying areas for development in the creation, processing and production of tourism data in collaboration with IT
- You will support the review, coordination and feasibility analysis of new requirements from the specialist area with an impact on data production
- In addition to working on projects for the innovation and further development of sourcing and production models, you will also be responsible for conducting training courses and workshops for internal departments
What you should bring with you:
- You have completed a tourism or commercial apprenticeship
- Problem-solving orientation, a visionary mindset and analytical thinking skills are among your strengths
- Do you work independently and conscientiously? Great!
- We expect you to be confident in working with tourism price comparison systems (e.g. Bistro)
- You have a very good command of German and English and an excellent technical understanding
- You are very familiar with MS Office
- Knowledge of tourism data production processes is desirable
