Mayfair Jets GmbH is a dynamic and growth-oriented company in the charter flight and flight services sector. To support and expand our team in our new office in Düsseldorf, we are looking for reliable and committed employees at the earliest possible date
Employees (m/f/d) in the area of flight service / flight scheduling
Your tasks:
- Providing specialist advice and support to our sales partners (e.g. tour operators or travel agencies) in the area of service
- Advising end customers by e-mail and telephone
- Processing incoming inquiries about special services and additional services
- Processing incoming compensation claims
- Communication with service providers and airlines
- Monitoring and coordination of flight schedule changes, cancelations and rebookings
- Organizing and monitoring flight schedules and reservations
- Maintaining and updating booking systems
- Responsible for managing and coordinating full charter and part charter flights
- Yield management and market analyses to optimize pricing
- Exchange with our tour operator partners
- Control of IT import and export files
- Ticketing of various IATA fare types
Your profile:
- Completed training in the tourism sector
- First professional experience in the field of flight service
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- good knowledge of IATA tariffs and IATA administrative tasks
- At least 1 year of experience with CRS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus e/o Galileo
- High service orientation, strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- Ability to work under pressure and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working
- Flexibility and willingness to work seasonal overtime (including weekends and public holidays)
