What you bring with you:
- relevant degree in the fields of regional development/management, tourism, spatial planning or geography as well as professional experience in the fields of tourism and regional development

Your tasks:
- Regional development
- Participation in conceptual regional development approaches within the framework of regional cooperation in the Münsterland and preparation of the Borken district’s position in terms of content, bringing together the specialist development ideas of the specialist units
- preparing the content and methodology of selected topics and supporting current projects in spatial structural and regional development
- Tourism promotion
- Coordination and support of supra-local tourism activities and projects in the Borken district
- preparation of the content of selected tourism topics and communicator for the implementation of current trends
- regional networking: initiation, coordination and content-related support of the exchange between regional tourism stakeholders (network management)
- Pooling of interests within the district and representation at supra-regional level
- Implementation support with regard to the regional strategies of Münsterland e.V.
- Internal administrative advice on tourism issues and coordination and evaluation of tourism-related activities within the district administration
- Updating the guiding principles of the Borken district, including the formulation of recommendations for action for the tourism development of the Borken district as well as coordinated and targeted regional marketing in this regard
Remuneration:
Remuneration is based on qualifications and personal profile in accordance with TVöD regulations up to pay group 13.
