Become part of our flagship travel agency in Leipzig and support our customers as a dedicated and solution-oriented contact person (m/f/d). You will help them make their vacation dreams come true and turn every booking into a special experience. After intensive training, you will actively contribute to customer loyalty and the success of ab-in-den-urlaub.de contribute.
Your tasks
- Competent advice and support for our customers in all matters relating to travel and vacations
- Actively selling our wide range of travel offers and additional services
- Inspiring advice on worldwide vacation destinations and tailor-made offers
- Supporting our customers with all aspects of their booked trip
- Booking and managing travel data and travel services in our IT systems
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining customer loyalty through first-class service
- Assisting with local promotions and marketing activities
Your profile
- Enthusiasm for sales and a passion for travel
- Completed training as a tourism agent or travel agent or relevant professional experience in a travel agency, in telephone consulting or with a tour operator
- Sound knowledge of tourism, in particular destination knowledge and market knowledge
- Several years of experience in customer service, ideally in a travel environment
- Proactive, independent way of working and enjoy taking on responsibility
- Experience in working with tourism systems such as Merlin, IRIS.plus or Bistro is an advantage
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to work flexible hours to cover our opening hours (Mon-Fri: 10am-8pm, Sat: 10am-6pm)
