WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Independent telephone and written advice and support for our sales agencies and direct customers
- Recording and processing booking inquiries and changes, including entry in our internal booking system
- Providing customer-oriented services
- Saving and forwarding information on bookings for optimal processing and handling of Gebeco trips
- Live chat support for direct customers and sales agencies
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or have some experience in telephone consulting?
- You skillfully ask the right questions, share your passion for travel with our customers and inspire them with your charming manner
- You adapt quickly to different characters and situations and always meet your counterpart at eye level
- You have a perfect command of written and spoken German and have a basic command of English
- You are familiar with the use of common IT systems?
- You have a positive and confident manner, are a talented communicator and enjoy dealing with customers who like to travel
