In Flight Control & Yield Management, we ensure that our guests reach their destination reliably and at attractive conditions. This is where analytical thinking, negotiating skills and an understanding of the market meet the dynamics of the tourism industry. As part of our team, you will work closely with airlines, manage flight quotas and optimize prices - always with the aim of finding the best solution for our customers and our company.
These are yourtasks
- You are responsible for managing and coordinating flight contingents.
- You calculate flight prices based on the current market situation.
- Yield management is just as much a part of your job as market analysis.
- You manage the sub-seasonal purchase of flight quotas and are in constant contact with our airline partners.
- You will also be responsible for negotiating special fares and monitoring flight schedule changes, cancelations and rebookings as well as IT import and export files.
What you should bring with you:
- You have completed vocational training in tourism or have several years of experience in the field of tourism - preferably in the area of flight control/purchasing.
- Your way of working is cost-conscious and goal-oriented.
- You have strong analytical thinking skills.
- You have negotiating skills and assertiveness.
- We require very good knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of WBS BLANK is an advantage.
