WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- You are responsible for determining flight requirements and managing and coordinating flight contingents
- Calculating flight prices based on the current market situation
- Yield management (yield optimization) of the flight programs, taking into account the demand and competitive situation
- You are responsible for capacity management and control (flight scheduling) as well as implementing measures in the event of flight cancellations and time changes
- You also support the team in the event of a crisis
- The optimization of processes and our system landscape is also part of your tasks
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Completed training as a travel agent (all genders) or tourism agent (all genders)
- Confident handling of the Amadeus reservation systems and relevant IATA knowledge
- System understanding in the area of GDS, CRS and online distribution channels
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and understanding of upcoming processes in the handling of a cruise
- Initiative and willingness to learn
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Solution-oriented and forward-looking way of thinking
- Team player with team spirit
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Very good MS Office skills
