As of September 01, 2025 we are looking for a
Franchise Account Manager (m/f/d)
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Sales department and will be responsible for and support the following topics:
- Development and implementation of strategies to expand the network and optimize revenue potential
- Analysis of reports and development of KPIs to ensure a holistic database
- Active identification and acquisition of new franchise partners worldwide, including all contract negotiations at management level
- Conducting sales talks, including all contract negotiations at management level
- Supporting the introduction of new franchise partners, including training and system integration
- Participation in international trade fairs and on-site visits to partners
- Regular implementation of telephone campaigns
- and web conferences, as well as project management
- Conception, further development and support of LCC online training courses
Your profile
- University degree and several years of experience in sales and franchise management in an international context
- Good knowledge of the global tourism market
- Business fluent in written and spoken English, other languages an advantage
- Proven success in international acquisition activities
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to derive control measures
- Presentation skills
- Independent, structured way of working
- High resilience and ability to work in a team
- Proven success in establishing and expanding partner networks
- Strong intercultural competence and communication skills
- Independent, structured way of working with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally
