As specialists in reader-led tours, we welcome up to 30,000 guests each year and take them on unforgettable journeys to the most beautiful destinations in Europe and around the world. Whether by bus, ship, or plane—our focus is on relaxed exploration.
Your Responsibilities
You’ll lead challenging group tours and share your knowledge of history, culture, the country, and its people
You’ll accompany and assist our tour groups throughout the entire trip, serve as the first point of contact for our guests, and address any concerns that arise along the way in a solution-oriented manner
You ensure that everything runs smoothly on-site and coordinate transfers, hotel check-ins, excursions, and program activities, keeping the pace appropriate for the target group
You’ll work closely with local partners, hotels, bus companies, and guides
You’ll keep a close eye on itineraries, schedules, and quality standards at all times
Through your expert tour leadership, you’ll shape the quality of our trips and represent our company professionally and warmly to our guests
Your Qualifications

You have experience as a tour guide and in guest services
Ideally, you already have a tour guide certification
You communicate confidently and fluently in German and English. French and other foreign languages are a plus
You enjoy leading groups and inspiring people
You bring patience, empathy, warmth, and an understanding of the needs of “Best Agers”
You work in an organized and confident manner and keep a clear head even in unexpected situations
You come across as friendly, approachable, and service-oriented
You enjoy traveling and are flexible with your schedule
You work independently while also enjoying being part of a team
You are open to different cultures and travel experiences
You are proficient in common Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
