Your Responsibilities
Would you like to strategically shape and actively develop a global market segment? Then take on responsibility for the Railway division and help us shape the future of electrical safety in the rail sector. You’ll be shaping a market segment of high strategic importance, and your work will have a direct impact on product development, market positioning, and growth. Specifically, this means:
You’ll be responsible for the global strategic direction and further development of the Railway market segment.
Based on market and competitive analyses, you’ll identify growth opportunities and regional strategies—both in infrastructure and rolling stock.
You’ll actively contribute new product ideas by identifying market requirements and translating them into concrete development initiatives.
As a key liaison, you’ll work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Development.
You will represent our company in international standards committees and actively contribute your expertise.
You will cultivate and develop relationships with key decision-makers on the customer side worldwide.
Your Profile
Your degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification forms the foundation of your expertise.
You have several years of experience in sales or business development—ideally in the railway sector.
You quickly grasp technical concepts and combine them with a keen sense of customer needs.
You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a high level of intrinsic motivation.
You are distinguished by your confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and presentation abilities.
You thrive on teamwork just as much as you do on working in international contexts.
Excellent German skills are a given for you, and you are confident in English—both written and spoken.
You enjoy traveling internationally and value direct, on-site interaction.
