You
Your tasks as a group flight expert (m/f/d):
- Planning, coordination and booking of group flights
- Supporting customers from the initial inquiry to the follow-up of trips, including preparing offers, ticketing and reservation management
- Negotiating with airlines to achieve the best possible conditions for group bookings
- Proactive customer advice and development of individual travel concepts to ensure efficiency and cost savings
- Solving challenges and problems during the booking and travel process
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in group flight bookings, ideally in business travel management
- Excellent knowledge of reservation systems (GDS, such as Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport)
- Strong negotiation skills and service awareness
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and the ability to work under pressure
- Independent and structured way of working
