Your tasks
- Leading and managing the sales team in the area of travel agency sales to achieve turnover and sales targets
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and optimizing internal processes to ensure smooth cooperation and sustainably increase the success of sales campaigns
- Establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with existing travel agency partners as well as the targeted acquisition of new partnerships to expand our sales network
- Carrying out market and competition analyses to identify potential and trends, as well as preparing sales reports and regular reporting to the management team
- Organizing and representing the company at industry trade fairs and events in order to maintain existing networks and make new contacts in a targeted manner
Your profile
- Degree in tourism, business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in travel agency sales, ideally in a managerial position
- Strong leadership and communication skills as well as assertiveness
- High level of sales expertise and passion for tourism
- Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working

- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in organizing your working hours
