Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the Travel & Tourism division, including responsibility for sales and earnings
- Management and development of the travel agency and tourism teams
- Planning, controlling and optimizing all work processes within the department
- Conception, calculation and implementation of own travel events
- Providing up-to-date and high-quality tourist information for customers and partners
- Expanding and maintaining collaborations with service providers, tour operators and other partners
- Analyzing market and industry trends for the strategic further development of the offering
Your profile
- Completed training or studies in the field of tourism, with a focus on travel agency / tour operator (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification. Preferably instructor qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in a managerial position within the travel or tourism industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking, as well as experience in sales/budget responsibility and accounting
- High customer orientation, creativity and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of common booking systems and confident use of digital tools
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
