Tasks
Increase GRIMME Beet Harvesting Technology’s global market share
Provide disciplinary leadership for a team, as well as technical leadership and coordination of all local activities related to new and used machinery, service, parts, and marketing for GRIMME Beet Harvesting Technology
Development of global growth strategies and formulation of concrete measures in complex and dynamic markets
Close collaboration with related departments within the company’s beet harvesting division
Qualifications
A degree in agricultural or economic sciences or a comparable qualification
Several years of international sales experience in the field of sugar beet or agricultural technology, as well as at least three years of experience in a leadership role
A goal-oriented and assertive leader capable of managing international teams, with a strong customer focus
Fluency in spoken and written German and English
Willingness to travel internationally approximately 30% of the time
