Head of Sales (m/f/d)
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Strategic planning and operational responsibility for all sales activities
- Responsibility for target definition, operational implementation, budget planning/compliance and monitoring based on agreed KPIs
- Management, conception and responsibility for cross-channel sales projects
- Technical management of IT requirements relevant to the area of responsibility (business lead)
- Conception and implementation of sales channel planning
- Customer acquisition of tourism (travel agencies) and non-tourism (associations, decision-makers) sales partners
- Expansion of digital sales channels (OTAs) and sales systems (e.g. agency login)
- Management of all assigned employees
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Have you successfully completed your studies with a business background and are you passionate about sales?
- With several years of professional experience, do you have a good knowledge of the tourism market, especially with regard to sales, including key accounts and decision-makers?
- You are a convincing and authentic personality and combine analytical acumen with pragmatic implementation?
- Your convincing demeanor and presentation skills inspire those around you?
- Are you looking forward to contributing all your know-how, working closely with your competent colleagues and mastering challenges together?
