The travel agency cooperation TLT Urlaubsreisen GmbH, a subsidiary (100%) of TUI Deutschland GmbH, organizes the tourism sales activities of around 700 independent mobile travel consultants. This makes us the market leader among mobile sales organizations and we cover the entire spectrum of sales support for our partners, from marketing and IT/EDP support to communication and training. For our team, we are looking for a personality with strategic skills, a feel for the operational intricacies of tourism sales and initial management experience who, after extensive training, will contribute independently to the further development of our company and thus to the success of our affiliated travel consultants.

Support us in continuously expanding our market leadership as:

Head of Sales & Marketing (m/f/d)

The main focus of the job:

  • Responsibility for the sales and marketing strategy as well as ensuring optimal dovetailing with the key account and sales events division
  • Promoting close and cooperative collaboration with our event organizer partners
  • Managing and developing a motivated sales and marketing team
  • Optimization and innovative further development of sales concepts and tools
  • Permanent screening of the reservation systems used as well as new technologies and consulting tools
  • Development of B2C marketing strategies for implementation by the affiliated travel consultants
  • Further development and integration of our B2B and B2C social media channels
  • Coordination of expansion marketing to acquire new sales partners
  • Strategic and conceptual design of relevant sales topics
  • Planning and purchasing group tours and own events
  • Close cooperation with the Head of Key Account and Sales Events in the implementation of sales projects

What we are looking forward to:

  • Completed vocational training in tourism
  • Several years of travel agency and/or tour operator experience
  • Management experience and willingness to shape things
  • Very good knowledge of common tourism consulting and sales systems such as IRIS Plus, My Jack, BISTRO, Pax Connect, Cruise Compass and others
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office standard software, MS 365 with Teams
  • Reliability, commitment, flexibility, friendliness
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Organizational talent and high ability to work in a team as well as willingness to provide service
