Hotel Purchasing Assistant (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
You will support the hotel purchasing department with internal contract processing, creation of catalogs and preparation of market analyses and statistics.
Your daily business
- Creation and maintenance of hotel tenders for the catalogs and online systems
- Correspondence with service providers and agencies
- Evaluation of statistics and analyses
- Processing and forwarding of stop and free sales
- Checking special offers / special offers
- Creation and evaluation of price comparisons
- Preparation of sales promotion measures
Your qualifications
- Completed tourism or commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in tourism, ideally in product management for a tour operator
- Structured and independent working style
- High affinity for IT systems
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Enthusiasm for vacations and travel
