Hotel Purchasing Assistant (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

  • You will support the hotel purchasing department with internal contract processing and the creation and preparation of market analyses and statistics
  • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining hotel descriptions for catalogs and online systems
  • You will be responsible for correspondence with service providers and agencies
  • In addition to processing and forwarding stop and free sales, you will also be responsible for creating and evaluating price comparisons
  • You regularly check special offers / special offers
  • You will create and evaluate statistics independently
  • You prepare sales promotion measures

What you should bring with you:

  • You have completed vocational training in tourism or commerce
  • We require several years of professional experience in tourism - ideally in product management for a tour operator
  • A structured and independent way of working is very important to you
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English
  • A high affinity for IT is a must for this position
