Your profile
You are a tourism professional (m/f/d) with initial work experience, e.g. with a tour operator, DMC or travel agency. You enjoy working in an intercultural team and share your passion for Japan and South Korea with us.
You speak and write good English and perfect German.
Good PC skills, as well as social media and online affinity and a confident handling of the common MS Office programs are a matter of course for you.
Your tasks
- As a communication talent, you will advise our customers (B2B & B2C) on our travel products and book the trips in our system.
- You accompany our guests and our guides via chat on their trips and communicate with our worldwide partners (agencies, hotels, local service providers).
- You create tour guide documents for our guides and travel documents for our guests.
- Occasionally you take over the emergency service at the weekend with your duty smartphone.
- You support us in product development with your own ideas and take on administrative tasks independently (e.g. booking hotels, flights and travel services in the destination).
- You will support us with invoicing and invoice control.

Working hours
Working hours (09:00 – 17:30 incl. 30 minute break / Monday – Friday). Occasional emergency services from home at the weekend via the company cell phone (with time off in lieu)
