Travel Insurance Tour Operator Division

Your tasks
- Acquisition, integration, support and expansion of major tourism customers in the tour operator sector
- Contract negotiations, creation and implementation of marketing plans
- Planning and implementation of business development activities for existing sales partners
- Regular reporting on relevant key figures and creation of necessary measures, also in the area of performance optimization of partner websites
- Development and elaboration of new and partner-relevant products
- Advising existing sales partners on all matters relating to cross-selling and its application
- Implementation of optimization measures for effective omni-channel strategies in our partners' sales and communication channels
- Budget planning and responsibility, statistics and evaluations
Your profile
- Successfully completed business studies, ideally in the field of tourism or training as a travel agent or tourism and leisure agent
- Professional experience in tourism or sales, preferably as a key account manager
- Knowledge of tourism booking systems is an advantage (Amadeus, Sabre, Bosys etc.)
- Experience in online sales is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office - business fluent in written and spoken English
- Acquisition skills and self-confident appearance
- Strong negotiating and presentation skills
- Enjoy extensive travel and working with sales partners
- High resilience, flexibility and strong conceptual skills
- Strong team and communication skills
- Quick comprehension, analytical skills and creativity
- Strong affinity for numbers and online
