Your tasks

  • Active support of existing customers (key accounts) e.g. online portals and other sales partners as well as ensuring first level support for the entire DERTOUR product range
  • Operational interface to internal departments to coordinate technical booking problems
  • Ensuring the bookability of tour operator products
  • Close cooperation with the product area, especially in the area of marketing
  • Regular analysis of performance (e.g. sales development and data quality) and the resulting derivation of optimization measures
  • Initiating and participating in technical optimizations
  • Requirements management in relation to the requirements of cooperation with the key accounts in terms of IT and product
  • Representation of the DERTOUR Group at sales events
  • Targeted use of the marketing budget provided, including coordination and planning of marketing measures and sales campaigns as well as analyses to monitor success
  • Market and competition analysis
  • Collaboration in the implementation of new sales channels/concepts/projects

Your profile

  • Commercial / tourism training / business studies, preferably with a focus on tourism
  • Several years of professional experience in tourism sales/system provider desirable
  • Sound knowledge of the tour operator/distribution landscape
  • Very good knowledge of CRS, price comparison systems, dynamic production
  • Profound understanding of interfaces (API, web service, etc.)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • We require a good command of English
  • Sales affinity, assertiveness and ability to implement, initiative, solution-oriented thinking
  • Service and customer orientation
  • Independent and analytical way of working
  • High affinity for technology, good understanding of numbers, entrepreneurial thinking
