As Key Account Manager Partner Sales (m/f/d) at Reisen Aktuell GmbH, you will take on a central role in the further development of our partner sales - with a clear focus on the special features of the tourism industry. You will manage the marketing of our travel products via various sales channels, maintain close contact with our tourism partners and recognize market potential before others do. You think both strategically and operationally and always keep an eye on the performance of your tourism sales partners.

Your tasks

  • Personal support and strategic development of our tourism sales partners in partner sales
  • Management and optimization of travel products per sales channel in close coordination with purchasing and product management
  • Conducting marketing discussions to actively place our travel offers with our partners
  • Creating market and competition analyses with the aim of tapping into new sales potential in travel sales
  • Analyzing booking trends and deriving targeted measures to increase performance
  • Active participation in the design and optimization of internal processes in the area of partner sales
  • Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners
  • Creation of reports, evaluations and presentations

Your profile

  • Completed tourism or commercial training or a degree in tourism
  • Sound knowledge of the travel market and ideally experience in tourism partner sales (e.g. tour operators, travel agency chains)
  • Experience in sales as well as in the active support and strategic expansion of key accounts
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a professional demeanor when dealing with tourism partners
  • Very good understanding of marketing in tourism, both online and offline
  • Confident Excel skills and enjoy number-based analysis and strategic planning
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as very good written and spoken German skills
