We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager (m/f/d) who can work independently, build strategic partnerships and take our company to the next level in cooperation with travel industry partners. In this key role, you will act between purchasing/product management and marketing planning, acquire new partners and develop sustainable strategies that contribute significantly to the company's success.
Your tasks
- Independent establishment, intensive maintenance and further development of strategic partnerships for all types of travel (tourist offices, service providers, etc...) including negotiations and conclusion of cooperation agreements
- Conception and implementation of marketing and sales strategies with regard to cooperation measures as well as optimization of internal processes to ensure smooth cooperation and sustainably increase the success of sales campaigns
- Developing new destination goals and product ideas in collaboration with purchasing/product management
- Carrying out market and competition analyses to identify potential and trends, as well as preparing sales reports and regular reporting to the management team

Continuous, economic evaluation of the measures

Representation of the company and participation in industry events, trade fairs and conferences for networking purposes
Your profile
- Degree in tourism, business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Strong network in tourism and the motivation to expand it further
- Independent, proactive way of working and excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in organizing your working hours
