Your tasks
- Actively support the management in the development and implementation of the corporate strategy
- Accompanying change processes and organizational development
- Preparation of business cases and profitability analyses as a basis for management decisions
- Appointment management and organization of management meetings
- Preparation, support and follow-up of meetings (incl. taking minutes)
- Internal and external information and communication interface
- Preparation of presentations, reports and analyses for internal and external purposes
- Independent performance of operational tasks
- Managing and monitoring special projects of the management
- Controlling and measuring the success of ongoing projects
Your profile
- Degree in business administration, finance or a comparable field of study
- First professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience in the creation of business cases and business analyses
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally experience with ERP and BI systems
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
- High level of discretion, sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and diplomatic skills
- Flexibility and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
