Oberschwaben Tourismus GmbH (OTG), based in Bad Schussenried, is the destination management organization for the Upper Swabia and Württemberg Allgäu travel region. One of its main tasks is the promotion of tourism and the bundling and marketing of the region's tourist offers and activities.

Your tasks
- Business management and control of the company with a focus on economic, financial and personnel planning, controlling and annual financial statements as well as the acquisition of funding
- Management of a highly motivated and competent team of currently seven employees
- Responsibility for the strategic development and networking of the region's overall tourism offering based on the current tourism master plan
- Close cooperation with Tourismus Marketing GmbH Baden-Württemberg as the state's umbrella tourism organization, participation in specialist committees and involvement in special projects
- Management of committee and network work and cooperation with shareholders, tourism service providers, political players and other stakeholders
- Representation of the company and the destination and collaboration with various associations and institutions as well as cooperation in the tourism sector
What distinguishes you
- Successfully completed business studies, preferably with a focus on tourism/destination management and/or tourism marketing or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional and management experience, preferably in destination management or with tourism associations or organizations
- Strong hands-on mentality, organizational and conceptual-strategic competence and strong implementation skills
- Friendly and engaging demeanor, coupled with presentation and communication skills
- Class B driving license and willingness to travel on business by private car against reimbursement of expenses
