Our client is a leading travel provider that operates travel agencies at various locations throughout Germany. To strengthen the team at our Hamburg or Düsseldorf location , we are looking for you to join us as an Office Manager (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Taking charge of and managing the branch in Düsseldorf or Hamburg with up to 3 employees
- Actively advising customers and selling vacation packages worldwide from all major tour operators
- Providing personalized customer service and building long-term customer relationships
- Managing the branch based on relevant key performance indicators and sales targets
- Organizing and ensuring smooth branch operations
- Supporting and motivating the team in day-to-day sales operations
- Scheduling and coordination within the team
- Implementing key sales and marketing campaigns on-site
- Working closely with regional management
Your Qualifications
- Training as a tourism business administrator or comparable vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in a travel agency; initial experience in leading or managing a team is a plus
- Proven strong sales and consulting orientation
- Enjoyment of taking on responsibility and leading the way in sales
- Proficiency in using common tourism booking systems and tour operator products
- Structured and independent work style
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented demeanor
