Office management SCITS Germany
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Contact person for our customers and product managers in the office
- Planning the processing of bookings for group and individual travel, including bookings with our local partners, airlines, etc.
- Organization and coordination of office operations
- Personnel planning
- Management of contracts, compliance documents and data protection issues
- Preparation and control of invoices
- Management and evaluation of sales statistics and KPI control
- Development of new markets and customer acquisition
- Organization of and participation in trade fairs, roadshows and other events
Qualifications and requirements:
- Professional tourism experience of at least 5 years (knowledge of working for a tour operator or in a travel agency desirable)
- Knowledge of destinations in Asia, especially China and Japan, is desirable and an advantage
- Completed commercial training or business studies
- Experience in the management/co-management and organization of an office
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organizational skills, structured way of working and reliability
- Very good knowledge of German and English is required
- Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
- Further language skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of the target region is an advantage
