On-Board Commerce Manager (all gender) for the Mein Schiff brand

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Operational management and monitoring of the concessionaires on board the Mein Schiff fleet
- Strategic further development of the concessionaire areas and implementation of new business areas with regard to new buildings and shipyard times, including the creation of business cases
- Evaluation, initiation, implementation and acceptance of projects such as conversions by the concessionaires on board
- Onboarding new concessionaires, including coordination of the design of the spaces, the product range, billing modalities, etc.
- Research with the help of market observations (trends, benchmarking, etc.) to evaluate new business areas and potential (cooperation) partners
- Conception, initialization and coordination of product developments and process optimizations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A degree in economics and experience in business development or product management
- Independent, autonomous and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong communication and numerical skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office package
- Ability to work in a team, organizational talent and resilience
