WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Analysis and preparation of relevant key figures for a targeted increase in on-board revenue
- Strategic further development of existing surchargeable offers and development of new business areas including the creation of sound business cases
- Onboarding new partners, concepts and cooperations - from contract details and design requirements to logistics and billing
- Carrying out market and trend analyses to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential cooperation partners
- Conception, initialization and coordination of product enhancements and process optimizations
- Project management in the context of conversions and extensions on board - including quality assurance and final acceptance
- Close interface management with the Product Management, Controlling and Legal departments
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A degree in economics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in business development
- Entrepreneurial thinking, personal responsibility and a proactive way of working
- Strong analytical skills and a good feel for numbers and economic relationships
- Strong communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
- Confident handling of the MS Office package
- Organizational talent, ability to work in a team and resilience in a dynamic environment
