Your responsibilities:
Operational implementation and strategic development of our paid ads strategy in collaboration with agencies (e.g., Meta, Google) in our direct markets—Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and the UK
Management, analysis, and optimization of Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other platforms
Analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs and customer journeys, as well as deriving recommendations for action and optimization
Collaboration on other marketing and cross-functional projects
Your Profile:
A successfully completed degree in business administration, marketing, media studies, or communication studies, or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in performance marketing, ideally in a D2C environment
Experience in campaign management using Meta, Pinterest, and Google Ads
A keen understanding of target audiences and a knack for testing new formats and approaches
Very strong analytical skills, an interest in data-driven work, and proficiency with common reporting tools
A structured, independent work style, strong organizational skills, and flexibility
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Very good written and spoken German and English
