Procurement Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Expansion of partnerships on a multinational level with the aim of optimizing revenue for LCC partners and head office
  • Negotiating and drafting contracts with airline, car rental, hotel and GDS partners and other providers
  • Actively expanding the portfolio of partnerships to ensure portfolio resilience
  • Monitoring sales trends for flights, rental cars, hotels and GDSs throughout the year and deriving control measures and initiating sales-promoting measures in collaboration with data analysts and the Marketing team where necessary
  • Distributing supplier incentives and ensuring regular communication to the LCC partners
  • Budgeting and monitoring of incentives and WKZ funds
  • Supporting and expanding suppliers in the area of payment transactions, ensuring an up-to-date and market-driven offering for LCCs
  • Contact person for LCC partners for all questions relating to the product range
  • Regular master data reports to the service providers
  • Close coordination with the Marketing team to ensure transparent communication with LCC partners and the LCCI Sales team
  • Maintenance of the LCC extranet and organization of webinars on product range topics

Your profile

  • Degree in tourism management or several years of experience in tourism sales
  • Additional completion of relevant training is an advantage
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, other foreign languages an advantage
  • Strong understanding of numbers and high analytical skills
  • Sound user knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Access an advantage)
  • Strong negotiation skills and relevant experience in purchasing third-party services
  • Enjoy making presentations
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Enjoy dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds
