Product Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Your travel plan

  • You are an important contact person for our customers, providing advice by phone, e-mail and in person at our headquarters in Cologne. You will answer customer inquiries confidently and competently.
  • You create travel offers and take bookings.
  • You will support product management in all travel planning, processing and follow-up processes. This includes, for example, group deals and flight reservations as well as communication with the relevant service providers such as agencies and airlines.
  • If you wish, you will also occasionally have the opportunity to leave the office and work in an advisory capacity at trade fairs and events.
  • Your other tasks will include creating and sending out travel documents as well as general office work.

Your luggage list

  • You have completed an apprenticeship or degree, preferably in the tourism sector, or already have some work experience with a tour operator or DMC.
  • You are service-oriented and enjoy advising customers and always have a friendly demeanor.
  • You have an affinity for telephoning.
  • You are enthusiastic about real travel and are interested in our destinations.
  • You are reliable and have an organized, structured way of working, even in stressful situations.
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German.
  • You are confident in using the common Office programs.
