Product Manager Group Travel
Travelling Britain & Ireland is a specialist tour operator based in Detmold, Germany, which has been developing tailor-made trips for individual travelers looking for a special experience in Great Britain and Ireland for 35 years. Since the beginning of 2026, Travelling Britain & Ireland has been part of the Dutch Boomerang Travel Group BV.
For the expansion of the group department, we are now looking for a new employee for a permanent full-time position, who will initially take over the handling of existing travel groups and at the same time develop a strategy together with the management to expand and take over the management of a high-performance group department.
We are looking for someone who thrives on challenges, recognizes and seizes opportunities and is able to represent Travelling Britain & Ireland to the outside world. Personal qualities, customer-focused thinking and the right "hands-on" mentality are more important to us than previous training and theoretical knowledge.
What you should definitely bring with you:
- A first professional experience in the travel industry, preferably in group tourism (travel agency, tour operator, destination marketing organization, or similar)
- Native German speaker, business fluent in English, basic knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally, both within Germany and to the UK and Ireland
