Our client is a traditional company (5th generation) with its own certified 5-star premium coaches and its own full charter flights for air, coach and ship travel with an outstanding price-performance ratio and travel at the highest level. To strengthen the team at the Kassel location, we are looking for you as a Product Manager (m/f/d), especially for coach travel.
Your tasks
- Product planning and negotiations with service providers and purchasing of tourism services
- Ensuring the creation of products and data maintenance during the year
- Calculation in coordination with the tourism management
- Catalog planning and collaboration in catalog production
- Ensuring the best possible product presentation and bookability in all sales channels
- Active price and capacity utilization management
- Market and competition analysis and independent implementation of measures
- Actively ensuring availability and active quality management
- Attending trade fairs, sales events and building up good product knowledge in the target areas
- Acquisition of marketing campaigns and support in their implementation
- End-to-end responsibility for the correct handling of all trips
Your qualifications
- You have completed vocational training in tourism
- You have several years of experience in a comparable position
- Flexibility and a high level of commitment are a matter of course for you
- Always with the customer in mind, you demonstrate a target- and number-oriented way of working
- Communication and negotiation skills are among your strengths
- You have a good command of written and spoken English and very good MS Office skills
