We’re looking for you!
Do you want to do more than just manage in product management—do you want to actively shape it? We’re looking for you to join our team as a Product Manager (m/f/d) for our Canary Islands destination. With your analytical expertise, your experience in yield management, market analysis, and contract negotiations, as well as your strong teamwork skills, you’ll strategically develop our product portfolio and, together with internal and external partners, steer it toward sustainable economic success.
Here are your responsibilities:
- As the point of contact for our partner agencies, you’ll ensure that all daily information is processed quickly and systematically so that our portfolio remains up-to-date at all times.
- Your responsibilities also include meticulous list maintenance and the continuous updating of relevant databases.
- You’ll review new contracts and proposals and ensure that everything is clear, accurate, and ready for immediate use.
- You’ll work closely with internal teams and contacts in the target region to drive issues forward quickly and in a solution-oriented manner.
- You’ll further develop the Canary Islands target market using your own assessments and clear market observations.
- You’ll actively contribute to catalog design and the preparation of offers for marketing and advertising purposes.
- In yield management, you’ll support the team by, among other things, assessing trends, identifying small adjustments to optimize performance, and preparing relevant decision-making materials.
- Regular travel to your target destinations is just as much a part of your responsibilities as attending industry events and tourism trade shows.
- In the future, you’ll negotiate with hoteliers and service partners and help finalize contracts and arrange attractive special deals.
Here’s what you should bring to the table:
- A completed vocational training program in tourism.
- Professional experience with a tour operator or at a travel agency, or ideally expertise in product management.
- Strong communication skills, as well as an independent, structured, and reliable work style.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel.
- We’re always happy to see BLANK skills.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to destination areas and to attend tourism trade shows and industry events.
What you can expect:
- 13. Salary & vacation pay—for a well-stocked travel fund
- 30 vacation days + time off on Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve
- 38.5-hour workweek
- Health program for your well-being
- Delicious, discounted meals in the cafeteria—water and coffee are free
- After-work get-togethers, employee events, and company parties—because we celebrate team spirit
- Free parking right at headquarters—no need to hunt for a spot
- Personalized professional development opportunities
