Your tasks
- Portfolio
- Design, implementation and further development of the portfolio strategy
- Ongoing portfolio analysis with regard to quality, market and competition
- Initial pricing of sales prices at the start of the season
- Volume and revenue planning at hotel level
- Monitoring of margin and revenue development incl. reporting to monitor results
- Negotiating the framework conditions with destination agencies and marketing partners, including fulfillment and quality control
- Coordination of sub-seasonal action planning with trading
- Relationship management in the destination with strategic partners
- Regular presentation of destination development (sales, margin, capacity utilization, etc.) to superiors
- Purchasing briefing to agency and involvement in seasonal hotel purchasing with strategic partners or direct purchasing
- Product processing
- Ensuring the permanent bookability of all products
- Communication interface to sales for optimal marketing of the portfolio and results controlling of marketing activities
- Initiating, evaluating and applying for guarantees/advance payments
- Securing and filing hotel security checks for new hotels
- Participation in the selection and definition of hotel concepts in coordination with the hotel company/DTH
- Communication interface for service providers

- Provision of information for sales measures and participation in sales events
- Optimization of additional income via kickbacks, WKZ and other income as well as ensuring billing
- Creation and continuous adjustment of capacity and sales planning (ROS - rate of sale planning and monitoring)

- Coordination and timely securing of contracts
Your profile
- Apprenticeship as a tourism clerk, completed technical/university studies an advantage
- 4-5 years of professional experience with a tour operator
- comprehensive understanding of tourism contexts
- extensive destination and tourism market knowledge
- strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of figures
- very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- business fluent in written and spoken English, other foreign languages an advantage
- high degree of initiative and responsibility
- goal-oriented way of working combined with entrepreneurial thinking and good organizational skills
- quick comprehension and decisiveness
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and flexible
