Your role:
As Product Manager Partner Travel / Marketplace, you are a central part of our Partner Travel team and help to ensure that our Marketplace offering on ASI Travel and WeDesignTrips continues to grow – economically successful, sustainably meaningful and with a strong focus on the best customer experience. You take ownership of partner products along the entire lifecycle – from selection, onboarding and go-live to ongoing performance optimization.
Gross annual salary depending on qualifications and professional experience from € 49,700.00 incl. bonus
Your tasks in detail
- You actively shape the further development of our Marketplace offering – through analyses, impulses and collaboration on product and portfolio planning in the team
- You identify suitable sustainable tour operators worldwide and acquire new partners – from initial contact to go-live
- You manage a structured onboarding process and ensure that partner trips are optimally prepared and ready for sale
- You actively support existing partners and help them to improve their economic performance on our platforms
- You analyze relevant KPIs and derive data-based measures to optimize growth, performance and customer experience
- You coordinate the marketing & sales management of partner trips in close cooperation with marketing and internal stakeholders
- You work closely with our tech team to implement product and process improvements around marketplace & bookability
- Together with CSR, you will further develop the topic of sustainability in the partner area
- You ensure smooth processes in day-to-day operations and drive continuous process improvements
Your profile
- You have 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in tourism, ideally in account, product or partner management at a tour operator, DMC, OTA or travel platform
- You have already worked actively with the above-mentioned tourism partners and are familiar with processes such as product preparation, onboarding, pricing logic, bookability and performance management
- You have an affinity for numbers and make data-based decisions (KPIs, performance, prioritization)
- You communicate clearly, appreciatively and in a solution-oriented manner – both internally and externally
- You work independently, set priorities clearly and actively bring things to the finish line
- You have a very good command of German and business fluent English
- Experience with digital tools/CRMs, product data, content processes or partner onboarding
