Your tasks in the product area

  • You develop new travel ideas and optimize existing trips
  • You are responsible for purchasing and calculate the sales prices
  • You write the travel program and determine the images for the online presentation
  • You are in contact with our service providers and local partners
  • You take part in trade fairs, workshops and training courses
  • You evaluate guest questionnaires and prepare the results

Your tasks in the area of Sales and Operations

  • You are the first point of contact in sales for all aspects of our Nordland trips
  • You are responsible for handling the travel processes, from booking to the preparation of travel documents
  • You are in constant communication with your colleagues in product development
  • You monitor existing contingents and release times and ensure the bookability of our products
  • You communicate with our service providers
  • You provide support with master data maintenance
  • You take over the post-processing of the trip and customer care

Your tasks in the area of marketing

  • You research and create new content for the website, blog and social media channels
  • You analyze, maintain and optimize our existing web presence
  • You plan advertising measures and accompany the implementation
  • You create our newsletter in collaboration with our product department
  • You revise the advertisement of our travel programs according to SEO relevant keyword analysis
