Your tasks
- Arranging and booking travel services from various external tourism service providers (flights, hotels, transfers, etc.)
- Arranging and compiling travel and package deals from the DER Touristik portfolio
- Optimal customer service through individual advice
- Processing of requests for changes, customer requests and cancelations
- Close cooperation with service providers and internal departments
- Renegotiation with service providers after consultation with the Product Manager/Team Leader
- Recording reservations in the reservation system and own database
- Processing large groups and incentives
Your profile
- Training as a tourism agent, travel agent and/or completed technical/university studies
- First professional experience in the areas of communication center or product
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- PC skills (MS Office)
- Basic knowledge of the internal booking system ATCOM is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong customer orientation
- Negotiating skills
- Sociability
- High resilience
