We are a medium-sized company with locations in Holdorf and Mühlen. For more than 40 years, we have been developing and producing high-quality animal feed for the livestock and pet industries.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated production planner (m/f/d) who will efficiently manage our production processes and actively contribute to their continuous optimization.
Planning, managing, and monitoring production processes while taking into account raw material availability, capacity, and delivery dates
Creating and adjusting production schedules and work orders
Ensuring on-time order fulfillment and responding quickly to last-minute changes
Coordinating with the Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Production departments
Analyzing and optimizing production and planning processes
Monitoring relevant key performance indicators and preparing analyses and reports
Identifying bottlenecks and developing appropriate measures for process improvement
Participating in projects aimed at further developing production planning
Completed vocational training or a degree in production, food technology, agricultural economics, business administration, or a comparable field
Professional experience in production planning, work planning, or scheduling is desirable
Ideally, knowledge of the animal feed, agricultural, or food industries
Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office
Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with various departments
