The threads come together in the projects team: We design processes, coordinate projects and drive innovation. No two days are the same! You will work closely with various teams in a dynamic environment and actively shape the future of our department.
These are your tasks:
- You initiate and support projects in the area of flight purchasing and flight scheduling from the initial idea through to implementation.
- As a technical interface, you coordinate IT projects and system enhancements and ensure that all requirements are smoothly coordinated.
- You define project goals, monitor progress and independently analyze processes in order to derive specific recommendations for action.
- You will also be responsible for implementing identified measures and coordinating them in a structured manner.
- You moderate appointments and lead meetings, ensure a structured agenda and ensure efficient results.
- You will prepare Excel data professionally.
What you should bring with you:
- completed training in the tourism sector.
- Professional experience in the travel industry and ideally know-how in flight purchasing or flight scheduling.
- Very good understanding of business contexts.
- Technical understanding and interest in the further development of digital solutions as well as an affinity for new technologies and innovations.
- At best, initial experience in project management.
- Strong communication skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.
- Ideally initial knowledge of setting up key figures/reports in PowerBi.
