We are the AHORN Hotels & Resorts! As a family-run hotel group with headquarters in Berlin, we are one of the 30 top-selling hotel chains in Germany. Our 7 hotels are located in the regions of Brandenburg, Lower Saxony, Saxony and Thuringia. For our two hotels in Thuringia – the 3-star superior AHORN Panorama Hotel Oberhof with 442 rooms and the 3-star superior AHORN Berghotel Friedrichroda with 457 rooms – we are looking for a regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) MICE.

Your tasks:

  • Establishing and maintaining business relationships with MICE customers
  • Responsibility for achieving the budgeted sales targets
  • Cooperation with the sales and marketing department at the AHORN Hotels headquarters
  • Creating sales and marketing plans for the AHORN hotels in Thuringia
  • Developing and implementing sales promotion measures

Your profile:

  • Have you completed training in the hotel industry or in sales and have several years of professional experience in sales?
  • Do you have a talent for organization and a communicative personality?
  • Do you have a class B driver’s license?
