Your profile:
- You have a commercial education
- You are communicative and enjoy making phone calls
- You enjoy working with customers and colleagues throughout Europe
- You have very good German and good English skills
- You enjoy working online and can handle MS Office
- You are very reliable and customer-oriented
Your tasks:
- You are the contact person for our customers, our sales partners (online travel agencies, portals and travel agencies) and our colleagues at the campsites on site
- You help our customers with small and large questions about their vacation
- Most of our bookings are made online or via sales partners such as booking.com You check bookings, book additional services and process customer inquiries and requests
- You are actively involved in the further development of our booking processes
