Sales Coordinator in the Golf & Travel Backoffice
As a dedicated sales support hero, you are the backbone of our sales team and work in the background to ensure that every golf trip is sold smoothly and enthusiastically.

What you can expect:
- Supporting the sales department in the worldwide organization of golf trips
- Handling reservation processes and administrative work from A to Z
- Preparation of offers and calculations, as well as travel documents
- Communication with tourism service providers and partners
- Administrative tasks
Your performance in Sales Support:
- You are the organizational talent that makes sales perform at its best - worldwide and digitally.
- Back office professional: From preparing quotations to processing - you pull all the strings and close deals.
- You are in direct contact with our customers and partners - charming, efficient and motivated.
- Routine tasks are solved smartly by you - you use modern booking tools and CRM systems.
What do you bring to the table?
- First experience in sales or tourism (or motivated career changer with drive and organizational talent).
- You enjoy numbers, lists and structured processes - challenges motivate you.
- You are communicative, service-oriented and enjoy working independently in a team.
- MS Office and common booking systems (Tourdata, Galileo, Amadeus) are part of your everyday life.
- You should be fluent in German and English, French is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for golf & travel - or the openness to familiarize yourself with this fascinating world.
