Sales Director (m/f/d)
for our office in Düsseldorf
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Disciplinary management of the national and international key account team
- Conception, organization and implementation of sales strategies with national and international partners
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with travel agencies, tour operators and other sales partners at national and international level
- Identifying new sales opportunities and developing partnerships
- Developing and implementing sales-promoting measures
- Monitoring KPIs and ensuring target agreements are met
- Planning, organizing and implementing events, trade fairs and functions
- Managing advertising subsidies including budget control and accounting
- Creating reports and maintaining relevant systems and databases
- You report directly to the management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Training or degree, preferably in the field of business administration or tourism
- Several years of professional experience in key account management or sales, ideally in tourism with an existing network
- excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and German as well as sound knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organizational skills, affinity for numbers and data and a high degree of creativity
- Independent working style and team orientation
- High willingness to travel and class B driver's license
