two young engineers in the Saarland founded a company specializing in hydraulic components, no one could have imagined that it would later grow into an international group of companies. Today, with over 50 branches worldwide and approximately 10,000 employees, the HYDAC Group ranks among Germany’s larger medium-sized family-owned companies. Our core business specializes in the manufacture and distribution of components and systems, as well as services for industrial and mobile hydraulics, fluid technology, and electronic control systems.

Conducting project-specific research and preparing evaluations and analyses
Creating marketing materials and presentations
Organizing sales channels, tracking appointments, and entering sales data
Preparing for and following up on meetings and appointments
Communicating with customers and maintaining customer contacts
Entering sales data, as well as maintaining and updating project lists, the intranet, and Microsoft Teams channels
How You Can Impress Us
Successfully completed 3-year specialized vocational training, e.g., as an industrial business administrator
Several years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing within an industrial company
Experience in project management, organizational roles, or as an assistant
Experience working in a structured manner and collaborating with various departments
Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
