Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact in customer service for our Nordland trips
- You are responsible for handling the travel processes, from booking to checking the travel documents
- You are in constant communication with colleagues in product development
- You monitor existing contingents and release times and ensure the bookability of our products
- You communicate with our service providers
- You take over the post-processing of the trip and customer care
