Project Manager, Sales Promotion

Your Responsibilities:
Within the Sales Promotion Department at the Frankfurt office, the Sales Promotion Project Manager will implement sales promotion initiatives for the German, Swiss, and Austrian markets under the supervision of the department head.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the organization of regional initiatives (Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Austria, and Central Europe)
- Proposing, organizing, and implementing sales promotion initiatives for the German, Swiss, and Austrian markets
- Processing inquiries from tourism professionals regarding France as a destination, as well as maintaining personal contacts with service providers.
Activities include workshops, trade shows, and events for the leisure and business travel sectors
Your Profile:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or Communication
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales promotion, with a tour operator, at a travel agency, or at a tourism marketing organization
- Experience in event planning as well as commercial, technical, and financial project management
- Knowledge of the tourism sector and the tourism offerings of France’s tourism marketing organization
- Experience in event organization
Professional Requirements:
- Very good written and spoken French
- Proficiency in using Office applications, the Internet, and social media
- Knowledge of event management and marketing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Excellent written communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region and France by train or plane
What We Offer
- Depending on your qualifications and prior experience, we offer a gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €3,700
- Permanent employment contract under German law
- Work location: Frankfurt am Main – Bockenheim/Westend-Süd
- 3 days in the office – 2 days working from home
- Team structure: Sales promotion employee in Germany; colleagues in Switzerland and Austria
