Sales Representative (f/m/d)
full-time at the Berlin location with field service activities
Are you at home in the world of product presentations and partner visits? Very good! Are you willing to travel and also have time at weekends? Excellent! You are rhetorically gifted and German is your mother tongue? Excellent! Are you able to understand the needs of our existing business partners and develop new sales channels? Perfect!
We are now looking for a full-time sales representative (f/m/d) with field sales activities for our location in Berlin.
YOUR TASKS
- Personal support and further development of established travel agency cooperations
- Regular on-site visits for product presentations
- Targeted initiation and management of measures for reactivation and customer retention, e.g. after catalog requirements or longer booking breaks
- Independent identification and acquisition of potential sales partners with a focus on the positioning of new Lernidee brands and products
- Establishing, expanding and continuously maintaining alternative sales channels, in particular through targeted contact via social networks and digital specialist communities
- Planning and implementing roadshows, webinars and training courses
- Representation of the company at events, industry meetings and trade fairs Lernidee Erlebnisreisen is growing and hiring.
- Development of customized sales and marketing strategies
- Conducting contract negotiations and cooperation agreements
- Market analysis and success monitoring to optimize sales
- Maintenance of sales data in the internal booking system
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed training or studies, ideally in tourism, business administration, marketing or communication
- At least one to three years of professional experience in tourism sales or corresponding counter experience
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner
- Eloquence in presentations and training courses
- Structured and independent way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of business management
- Strong customer orientation
- Willingness to travel regularly, attend evening and weekend events
- Class B driving license
- Very good knowledge of German (native speaker), good knowledge of English
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Familiarity with common travel agency booking systems (e.g. Amadeus, BistroPortal) desirable
