Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Expertise in support and acquisition of NTOs wanted!

Your tasks

  • Acquisition, support and management of non-traditional outlets (NTOs) and the booking systems/third-party IBEs they use
  • Preparing, conducting and monitoring annual meetings to negotiate conditions/marketing agreements with the NTOs together with the Head of Sales
  • Implementation and monitoring of marketing sales campaigns of chains/cooperations
  • Expansion, support and management of the foreign sales network
  • Supporting the stationary price comparison systems with regard to product presentation, error analysis and ticket systems to be maintained
  • Ensuring data delivery and quality in all stationary sales systems
  • Support in the further development and implementation of new functionalities including testing in the computer reservation systems
  • Support in agency support with regard to travel agency inquiries and error messages from stationary sales systems (by telephone, e-mail and post)
  • Maintenance and correction of agency master data
  • Support with the creation of reports in sales controlling
  • Management of sales vouchers (issue, renewal and monitoring)
  • Collaboration in projects

Your profile

  • Studies with a focus on tourism, marketing (e-commerce/online marketing) or sales or comparable qualification
  • Tourism knowledge and knowledge of tourism sales systems
  • Data-driven work and experience with digital partners
  • First experience with agile development processes (e.g. SCRUM) or IT project management an advantage
  • Structured, methodical, results-oriented and independent work
  • "Hands-on" mentality, high level of commitment and ability to work under pressure
  • Very good MS Office skills, ideally knowledge of MS Teams
  • Very good knowledge of German
